This agreement is concluded between the owner of the Internet trading site www.atrapica.lv SIA “RIMT Consult”, only. registration number 54103069221, registered on August 09, 2011, registered at the registered office: Valmiera, Jana Endzelina iela 13, LV-4201, and the buyer who orders and purchases on the Internet sales site of www.atrapica.lv. The distance contract covers all orders and purchases made on the Internet sales site of www.atrapica.lv. This Distance Agreement shall not apply to purchases made by the Buyer at the Salesperson’s retail stores.
Once you have selected the appropriate products and you want to complete the order, you can review the list of products in the basket. To perform the selected product order, you must switch from the basket to the order design by pressing the “Make an order” button.
You will be directed to the order design section, which will require you to specify your data (name, phone, delivery address, email).
Please note that you agree with our rules (including data processing rules) so that we can stop your order.
Select the pay method and perform the pay procedure. After successful payment, the order will be registered and you will receive an email with approval.
Change or cancel an order
When the order is submitted and the payment is approved, we no longer have an obligation to change or cancel your order. If you want to cancel or change an order, you need to contact us to see if you can change the order. Canceling the order is possible until you begin preparing the ordered meal.

Order Payment Order
You can pay the purchase on the home page with a payment card. The customer can choose the type of payment of the products by selecting immediate payment using the proposed settlement system, or by paying the delivered products in cash or with a bank card at the order delivery, as well as by receiving an order in the department Jāņa Endzelīna iela 1, Valmiera.
Return of goods
If the quality of the product is unsatisfactory, the request to record the appearance of the product with a photo image, as well as to inform the company’s coordinators in writing to the email@example.com and by adding photographs of the item in the annex. Return requests to the customer must be submitted within 14 days of the time the order was made.
If an incorrect product order has been delivered to the purchaser, the product has failed or the appearance or content of the product is different from the description of the product for which information has been published on the website, the buyer is entitled not to accept the product supplied and to return it.

The buyer will receive the money on his designated bank account within 10 working days or, if the request is carried out on the spot, in cash, in the unit of Jāņa Endzelīna iela 1, Valmiera, in Valmiera, where he will have made the purchase.
Order delivery and receipt
For an order with a delivery, the summary shows the amount WITHOUT a shipping charge. The maximum order delivery time is up to 2 hours.
Within Valmiera, the delivery fee is EUR 3.00
For out-of-state borders, the delivery fee shall be at the taxometer tariff from the selected location of the pizzeria.
Delivery working times – Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 21:00. On Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 22:00 and on Sundays from 11:00 to 21:00.
Within Valmiera, the delivery fee is EUR 3.00. Outside Valmiera’s borders, the delivery fee is based on the taxometer tariff from the selected location of the pizzeria. Payment of the delivery is possible in cash.
It is possible to receive the goods on the spot in the department Jāņa Endzelīna iela 1, Valmiera free. On-the-spot receipt working times – Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 21:00. On Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 22:00 and on Sundays from 11:00 to 21:00.

Complaints and feedback
If you feel that the quality of the product or service does not meet your standard requirements, please send a reference to our email firstname.lastname@example.org. Reviewing good or bad reviews is an important part of our quality control.
When performing an order, the buyer must provide personal information enabling the seller to identify the buyer to deliver the order and, if necessary, to contact the buyer about the additional information needed, or to use the buyer’s information for direct marketing purposes (with the buyer’s permission).
When you make an order, the customer agrees that the communication needed to deliver the item will take place using the email address and phone number provided by the customer.
If the buyer wants his email address or phone number to be no longer used for direct marketing purposes, the seller should be informed.
The seller shall certify that the buyer’s personal data will only be processed for the purchase of goods, as well as will be used for direct marketing purposes (unless the buyer notifies him that he does not want his or her personal data to be used for direct marketing purposes as referred to in Article 11.3 of these Regulations). The seller agrees not to disclose the customer’s personal data to third parties, except for the vendor’s partners, which provide the delivery of goods or other services in connection with the buyer’s order. In all other cases, the seller may disclose the customer’s personal data to third parties only in accordance with the provisions of Latvian law.
Personal data sent by the buyer to the seller from his credit card or debit card account in banking systems are processed safely using Secure Socket Layer certificates. The banks used by the buyer assume full responsibility for that personal data.
A buyer as a data subject shall be entitled to information on how his or her personal data are processed in order to be able to regulate, cancel or disagree with the processing of his or her data.
To provide the customer with complete e-catalog functionality, the salesperson stores certain information on the buyer’s computer (a device) called cookies. The salesperson uses the stored information to identify the buyer as a previous e-shop visitor, has access to information about the purchases made, as well as this information ensures the preservation of the statistics for visits to the home page. The buyer has the option to review the information (cookies) that the seller saves, and the buyer can delete some or all of the stored cookies. The buyer also has the right to object to the recording and use of information (cookies) on his or her computer (device), but in this case some e-catalog functions may not be available to the buyer. The purchaser agrees with the cookie usage rules that the information is stored on his or her computer (device). The purchaser may cancel his or her agreement at any time by changing the settings of his or her browser or by sending the request to the seller.
Any request or order relating to the processing of personal data shall be submitted by the buyer to the seller in writing. Upon receipt of such a request or order, the seller must respond in writing to the buyer within thirty (30) calendar days at the latest.
The purchaser may not use e-directory services if he or she does not agree with the provisions referred to in this Title relating to the protection of personal data.
Procedures for Dispute Dispute
In the event of a dispute between the Buyer and us arising from the provisions of the Treaty or due to a lack of conformity of products, the Buyer shall have the right to appeal to us by means of a complaint, in writing or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com, in the complaint indicating his name and contact details, the date of the complaint, the non-conformity of the product and the solution requested. We will respond to your complaint immediately, but not later than within 3 days.
If the Buyer does not reach an agreement regarding a controversial matter, for the settlement of the dispute, the Buyer has the right to refer to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia.
If the parties do not agree with the decision of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre, the parties have the right to refer the dispute to the Republic of Latvia court, where the dispute is being examined in accordance with the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.
